Terms and Conditions

Welcome to OZO Gem Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ozo-gemstudio.com and any purchase, custom design, gift, or event booking you make with us (the “Services”). By placing an order, designing a bracelet in our Studio, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

OZO Gem Studio is a Philippines-based bead bracelet studio offering ready-made pieces, a build-your-own interactive design experience, gift bracelets, and onsite event design services.

You must be at least 18 years old — or place an order with a parent or guardian's involvement — and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the Philippines, to purchase from us.

4.1 Ready-made bracelets — sold as shown in our Collection, subject to availability.

4.2 Design Your Own — build a bracelet in our interactive Studio by choosing a wrist size and arranging gemstones, priced per bead as you build. Every gemstone is naturally unique, so your finished bracelet may vary slightly from the 3D visualization in the Studio.

4.3 Gift a Design — you purchase a curated gemstone package for someone else; we send you a one-time redemption link and code to pass along; your recipient designs their own bracelet from that package, and it ships directly to them at no further cost.

4.4 Invite Us to Your Event — we bring the Studio to weddings, parties, and corporate events on a booking basis. Guests design a bracelet on their own device and collect the finished piece at our booth, or have it shipped, depending on the event format. Event bookings are not confirmed until we've replied to confirm details and availability.

5.1 All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without notice for orders not yet placed.

5.2 We accept payment through PayMongo by credit/debit card, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and QR Ph, and, for onsite events, cash or card collected in person.

5.3 Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed; we'll send a confirmation to the email you provide.

5.4 We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a gemstone becomes unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we're unable to verify payment — and will refund any amount already paid in that case.

6.1 We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines only.

6.2 Estimated delivery is 3–7 days within Luzon and 5–12 days outside Luzon from the time your order or design is confirmed. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

6.3 Shipping is free within Luzon; a shipping fee may apply outside Luzon as shown at checkout.

6.4 You're responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a valid Philippine postal code; we're not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information you provide.

Because many of our pieces are made to order from gemstones chosen specifically by you or your gift recipient, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a custom design has been submitted for production, except where a piece arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order code and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Ready-made pieces from our Collection may be returned unworn and in original condition within 7 days of delivery; you're responsible for return shipping unless the piece is defective.

8.1 A Gift a Design redemption code and link are for one-time use by your recipient and can't be exchanged for cash.

8.2 Once redeemed and a design is submitted, the order is treated the same as a custom design under Section 7.

8.3 It's your responsibility to send the e-gift card we provide to your intended recipient; we're not responsible for a code shared with, or used by, someone else.

8.4 Gift a Design bracelets ship only within the Philippines; your recipient will be asked for a Philippine delivery address and postal code before their piece ships.

9.1 “Invite us to your event” requests are inquiries, not confirmed bookings, until we respond to confirm date, scope, and any applicable fee or deposit.

9.2 Guest designs submitted at an onsite or kiosk event are picked up in person at the event unless we've agreed otherwise; we're not responsible for pieces left unclaimed.

The OZO Gem Studio name, logo, Studio experience, product photography, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without our written permission.

Your bracelet design — your choice and arrangement of gemstones — is yours to enjoy, but this doesn't grant you rights to our underlying Studio software, 3D models, or gemstone imagery.

11.1 If you upload a photo or write a message for a Gift a Design, or submit a design at an event, you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

11.2 You grant us a limited license to store, display, and use that content solely to prepare, personalize, and fulfill your order — for example, showing your photo to your gift recipient in the Studio, or printing it on an e-gift card.

11.3 We may remove or refuse to use content we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Studio or our systems; submit fraudulent payment information; or upload content that is obscene, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.

The Services and Studio 3D visualization are provided “as is.” While we take care to represent our gemstones accurately, natural variation means your finished piece may differ slightly from what you saw on screen. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OZO Gem Studio's total liability for any claim relating to your order or use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Services, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
